| Managed Services are a new business model based on the opportunities that broadband internet connections provide. Managed Services is a term given to any service that is completely looked after and run by an external party. Most New Zealand technology companies offer a ‘break/fix service’, which means they only respond when you have a problem. We offer a fully automated ‘proactive service’ using monitoring tools to look for issues and fix them before they become a problem, and this service is provided via your broadband connection. |

Q. Is Technicare a Managed Service? answer
| Yes. Technicare is a managed proactive service. It combines a remote monitoring notification and repair service with the back up of our nationwide service network. Our technicians are available for those rare occasions where remote services can't fix a problem and where on-site services are required. |

Q. How secure are my files and financial information? answer
| Technicare is a fully audited system in that every keystroke and action performed is monitored and recorded. This is available at any time to the user. While Technicare is connected to your computer on a full time basis to complete monitoring of all the operational and security aspects we cannot gain access to any information or do any work on your system without the prior authority of the user. This authotity is required on every occasion. In the old world of break-fix service people who came on site to do repairs had just as much access and most importantly none of their activity was recorded and audited. |

Q. What if I have multiple machines on a network? answer
| You'll need a Technicare package for each computer, laptop, or server being used in your office. You do not need additional memberships for printers, PDAs, firewalls, etc. For best results we require that all computers are enabled with Technicare. |

Q. How do I install/uninstall? answer

To unistall the Technicare agent you only need to contact Technicare via email stating the need to uninstall. We then remotely pull the Technicare agent from your system. |

Q. How do I know it's safe? answer
| It's very safe. We use remote control software that allows us to take control of your computer as if we were sitting right at your desk. This allows us to do most of our work over the Internet and enables us to offer you the lowest price possible. In order to use the software on your computer, we must get your permission each and every time. We cannot connect to your computer unless you accept a message that we send you each time you want support. That way you can feel safe that we can't do anything to your computer when you aren't watching our every move. |

| The Technicare software agent has been extensively tested and installed on over 3 million computers around the world without adverse effects. Therefore we believe it is proven and very safe to install. |

Q. How long will it take to install? answer

Q. Do I need to leave the machines running 24/7? answer
| No. We will organise one night a week with you to leave your machine running for patch updates and other system updates so it doesn’t interfere with your day to day business. However, if you choose to have automated nightly backups then the machine must be left running for the backup to occur. |

Q. What if I occasionally use illegal software? answer
| Nothing, it does not affect us at all. |
