Technicare "OPEN BOX" FIXED FEE PRICING (FFP)

A revolutionary "Open Box" approach to on site computer hardware repairs is available to contracted Technicare customers. In any instance where an engineer is required to open the case of your PC, server or printer to effect repairs, the "open box" fixed fee pricing applies. This ensures that you are safe in the knowledge that a fixed fee will apply for all labour to do the repair regardless of what the hardware fault is. The only cost variable to you the customer is in additional cost of parts that may be required to complete the job.

So, no matter what your hardware problem is or how long it takes to repair, Technicare will attend to it on-site for the low fixed fee indicated. Also any repeat on-site visit for the same problem will not be charged.

This is a 4 hour service (normal business hours) as internet connectivity is a critical service that needs immediate care.      
Travel Charge      
Technicare customers do not pay for travel where our engineers travel less than 40Km from the CPO nearest to a Technicare service center. Where travel is more than a 80km round trip these discounted travel costs apply per kilometer.** (Excluding Premium Package).

Important Notes;
1: Technicare will in most instances remotely diagnose the hardware problem at no charge before you require an on-site visit, and using this diagnostic information we will discuss with you the any possible parts requirements and their cost before the commencement of the task.

2: Most software issues will be remotely managed by Technicare and are covered in your Technicare package but where this cannot be effected then software issues remedied on site will be charged separately.

3: Parts are not included in "Open Box" Fixed Fee Pricing.

4: In some instances major problems cannot be remedied on site and your computer or printer will be required to be taken to the nearest service center. It will be returned to you at no extra cost.

* 5: A 4 hour response or a next business day response are also available and will have variable rates - depending on the Technicare package you have selected. These prices will be made available in your welcome pack.
